AXLEBOLT is a successful developer of mobile games on the international market. Our flagship project is a mobile first-person action-shooter Standoff 2, which is played by 30 million unique players worldwide every month. We are looking for an experienced Social Media Manager to work with an active game community, develop the project's social networks and build effective communication with users.
Tasks that await you:
- Managing player communication in official media in both Russian and English
- Running the main Telegram channel and creating content for it
- Coordinating outsource comment management team
- Working with feedback through social listening tools
- Organizing and conducting regular community events
This will help you:
- 2+ years of experience as SMM / Community Manager / Content Manager (preferably in GameDev)
- Advanced English (C1 or strong B2) and Fluent Russian
- Deep immersion in shooter and mobile gaming culture
- Proficient in PhotoShop/Figma, experience with ChatGPT, CapCut/Premiere
- Experience in moderating and developing gaming communities
Will be a plus:
- Experience working with influencers
- Experience in organizing community events
