AXLEBOLT is a successful developer of mobile games in the international market. We are currently actively expanding our team for our flagship project, Standoff2, a mobile first-person action shooter with real-time PvP battles. We are in search of a Senior Game Designer who will directly influence the quality of Standoff2's core gameplay and take it to new heights. In this position, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the success of a project played by over 30 million unique players monthly.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Work on continuous gameplay improvement (enhancing existing mechanics, implementing new game modes)
- Act as a feature owner, guiding features from the idea stage to implementation
- Analyze key product metrics, propose and justify hypotheses for their improvement
- Work with game documentation and improve the processes within the team
- Explore and study gaming industry trends and apply best practices in game design
- Participate in team formation and development
Skills required:
- Game design experience on commercially successful projects for at least 3 years
- Experience working with midcore/hardcore projects in the operational and liveOps stages
- Ability to analyze product metrics
- Possess a rich gaming experience, especially in shooters, knowledge of gaming trends, and an understanding of the interests of the international audience
