AB SOFT is a successful player on the international market with several excellent projects under its belt. We develop mobile games that are played by millions of gamers around the world. Our main projects are 3D games with real-time PvP battles. We are actively developing and are looking for a talented Product Manager to join our team to work on our current non-gaming project.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. ANALYSIS AND PREPARATION:
- Analyzing and studying market trends, developing products and changing product metrics (sales volumes, profitability, returns, etc.);
- Analyzes information from marketers, service departments to understand trends and market needs, disadvantages and advantages of products;
- Analyzes competitors - range, pros and cons of their products to derive the best product formula.
2. PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT:
- Defines the business goal of the product and distribution channels, terms of sale, scope of the product for marketing and sales professionals;
- Participates in the formation of technical specifications and requirements for development, draws up requirements for the product;
- Interaction with related teams (production/web development)
3. TESTING AND EDUCATION
- Organizes testing of the product on real sales and consumers;
- After the test, it finalizes the product, makes corrections and adjustments;
- Updates the roles, tasks and areas of responsibility in the team, technical tasks and requirements based on the results of tests;
- Interacts with marketing and HR, prepares the product for launch
4. PRODUCT SUPPORT:
- Conducts product analytics on a regular basis, increases indicators such as the percentage of consumers and market coverage;
- Constantly develops the product based on the received service indicators and customer requests;
- Does budget planning;
- Improves the product by removing obsolete models from the range
REQUIREMENTS:
- Higher education;
- Experience as a product manager in the B2C segment of children's / teenage clothing, clothing production, marketplaces - from 3 years;
- Knowledge of the fashion industry, understanding of current trends and trends in the Fashion industry;
- The ability to see the big picture and assess risks in advance and think through their reduction. Notice trends and act in accordance with them, prioritize;
- Ability to make decisions taking into account many factors (benefit, efficiency, etc.);
- Analytical qualities: Ability to quickly make effective decisions;
- High communication skills;
- PC - MSOffice, GoogleDocs - advanced user
