ApplyWe are looking for a Product Manager who will be responsible for developing internal products and automating business processes.
In this role, it is important not only to manage tasks but also to identify opportunities to improve efficiency: reduce manual work, streamline processes, and make collaboration between teams more transparent and seamless.

Tasks that you have to work with:
- Identifying areas for automation and implementing solutions that improve the efficiency of business processes
- Collecting, analyzing, and formalizing requirements from key stakeholders
- Setting technical objectives for the development team and monitoring the quality of their implementation
- Launching, supporting, and developing internal tools and services
- Managing the product backlog: planning, prioritizing tasks, and coordinating the development process
It will help you with this:
- Experience working with internal systems and corporate platforms
- Practical experience automating internal company processes (HR, Legal, etc.)
- Ability to independently implement simple automations and process improvements
- Systematic thinking and an understanding of the effectiveness of internal tools
Would be a plus:
- Technical Background
- Understanding of system design principles and architectural constraints
- Experience implementing and using AI solutions for process automation
