ApplyThe Animation team works on character, weapon, and environment animations, as well as animations for various gameplay states. We help make the gameplay experience clearer, more expressive, and more responsive for players.
Tasks that you have to work with:
- Creating first-person weapon animations, including reloading, walking, running, sprinting, and other gameplay actions
- Ensuring smooth, seamless transitions between animations and achieving high-quality animation blending
- Conveying the weight and impact of weapons through animation while maintaining dynamic and responsive gameplay
- Giving different weapon types a unique feel through animation, ensuring each weapon has its own distinct character
- Creating weapon inspection animations
- Working on third-person character animations
It will help you with this:
- 5+ years of experience as a Game Animator
- Hands-on experience working on shooter games is required
- Strong proficiency in Autodesk Maya, MotionBuilder, and Unity
- A proactive mindset, ability to work independently, and willingness to suggest improvements
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with the team
